Design has been the foundation of how I think since the beginning of my career.
My background in Industrial Design taught me to approach creative work as a process of understanding problems, exploring ideas and developing thoughtful solutions. I studied Industrial Design at the University of Johannesburg, receiving distinctions in Product Design and Product Graphics as well as awards for product design.
That perspective has followed me throughout my career—from branding and product development to visualisation, 3D environments and realtime production.
Outside of client work, I continue to explore product development, prototyping, 3D printing, IoT and emerging creative technologies. Working across both digital and physical projects keeps me curious and often introduces new ideas and ways of thinking into my professional work.

GCode brought together industrial design, engineering, branding, 3D printing and realtime visualisation around the development of my own high-performance FPV drone platform.
The project extended beyond the physical product into its presentation, including a realtime product configurator and VR experience built in Unreal Engine. The project included test pilots from around the world who tested from prototype to final design.
Although the project never reached its planned commercial launch, it remains one of the clearest examples of the way I enjoy combining physical design with digital technology.

Dirtpunk Moto X grew from a shared interest in bikes, motocross, design and visual identity.
Over five years we completed more than 500 custom rider projects, developing graphics, apparel and brand identities while building a recognised name within the South African motocross community.
